At work, people don't only listen to what you say. They listen to how you say it. You need to sound ready. Thoughtful. Sure. The same is true for big competitive exams. This program is built to help you sound like that.
What are coach calls?
You get up to six calls a month with real STEP coaches who are experts on your topic. About one and a half calls a week. You can do two a week if you have something big coming up — like an interview or a presentation. Each call is 30 minutes long. Every call has four parts. First, a short warm-up. Next, the coach checks the work you sent before the call. Then a short lesson on a problem you keep making — in grammar, pronunciation, or how formal you sound. Last, new words and phrases for the kind of talk you have coming up — saying no in a meeting, answering an interview question, writing a difficult email. At the end, you get a small task to bring back.
What's in the workplace lessons?
Lessons on presentations, work emails, reports, and meetings. A full interview track with eight common interview questions, plus a mock interview with a coach playing the interviewer. The lessons are short, and they are about real things that happen at work — not just grammar exercises. How to say no without sounding rude. How to make a formal complaint. How to say no in writing. How to make people agree with you when it matters.
How does booking work?
Book your call in the STEP app. Pick a time that works for you. Each call is with a coach who is an expert on the topic you want to learn that day. So you can pick the right coach for what you need this week — and a different one next week, if your topic changes.
What happens after the first week?
Your first week costs is 299. After that, you pay 2,999 a month, with UPI. You can stop any time before the next payment
