Adaptiveness<\/h3>\n\n- Product maybe good, but it has to suit the user’s needs.<\/li>\n
- Personalising\/adapting according to the user’s necessity made it easier for us to know where the expectation bar was set.<\/li>\n
- Dividing the learners into different levels (low, mid) was one unique thing that made our task easier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Right\/Wrong Approach<\/h3>\n\n- Do’s and Dont’s have to be effective and easy enough to understand.<\/li>\n
- Comparing situations engrave an impression on a human’s brain, which led us to this concept.<\/li>\n
- Pointing out the wrong or the common mistake we do and later, rectifying that error proved to be an effective way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

What were Mystery Boxes?<\/h3>\n\n- Everybody loves a challenge, especially when you get to unlock something mysterious.<\/li>\n
- We applied this idea such that, the learner had to clear an assessment or a task to unlock a mystery module.<\/li>\n
- This method came to play in the STEPathon 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Why we went LIVE?<\/h3>\n\n- Learners always had one complaint about online classes that they could not clear their doubts with the trainer.<\/li>\n
- To remove that obstacle, we introduced LIVE classes. Recorded lessons were replaced by a LIVE trainer.<\/li>\n
- In these classes, learners were able to converse with their Trainer and peers LIVE!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
STEPathon by virtue of its interactive features allowed the user to be an\u00a0active participant<\/a>\u00a0in the learning process.<\/p>\nHaving completed 2 years and 9 STEPathons with 400+ videos, spreading learning to over 14000\u00a0 satisfied users, we continue our pursuit with the Tenth edition of STEPathon.<\/b><\/p>\n
