You\u2019re bored. You have a to-do list in your head. You just want them to stop talking so you can go on with your day. But, you are stuck. Even the most intelligent people are stuck in such conversations and often resort to either tuning the talker out or grunt out sounds in acknowledgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An abrupt end to a conversation might make you appear as a rude, phony, or unfriendly person. You can restart the conversation whenever you want.
